goals to consider


  • Sleep better
  • Eat better
  • Try to spend an hour of attention to each child daily
  • Have an empty sink
  • Have a basic schedule to achieve above(organizized)
  • Write daily
  • Read daily
  • Do something nice for J daily
  • Stretch and touch toes one day
  • Limit internet usage(irony doesn't elude me)
