Yoga

Though I once was a regular at the YMCA and ran several times a week during high school, I can only recall ever touching my toes once while standing and bending forward. I never was much for stretching as a whole, so once I touch that time I was content.

The older I've gotten, the stiffer I've gotten. I'm roughly ten years removed from the last time I was regularly hitting the gym, but I'm not obese or flabby even. I just am less tone, and get sore easier.

Anyways, I've tried in the past to get regular with yoga, and here it's the ides of January that I've done my first attempt at it for '13. I want to rid myself of back pain, so I'm going to try to stick with it.
