Last week, I started using the treadmill that we got from my inlaws when we moved into the house 8 years ago. It doesn't go too fast and it's loud, so I never felt it did me much good to use it since I was bored using it. Now that I have wireless headphones that I can wear on the treadmill, and I am content going a speed which allows to solve Sudoku puzzles, I think I have a winning routine to get back into "running."
I used to run all the time, but that was long ago. Same goes for lifting weights. Finding time when you are an adult isn't as easy as being in high school. Making time is needed for a sound body makes for a sound mind. Just have to prioritize the things I do to fit what I need more than what I want. Though it takes effort, happiness will be a result.
