Mondays

I've long ceased being annoyed by Mondays, but of late, I dread them.
My daughter is a happy girl that likes to sleep in, and she often wakes up after her mom leaves for work with only mild disappointment.
On Mondays, my wife works later, so my daughter is up when she leaves for work.
It's a lousy feeling hearing her plead for her mommy to stay home, knowing there's no choice but for her to go.
I didn't make the choice to be a stay at home dad, but I have to take advantage of the time I have.
