MLB has drop in gender hiring

Professional athletes can make a lot of money. MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL all have unions that negotiate the minimum salaries for its members. Baseball has rookies starting at $480K, which happens to be more than the salary of a certain person residing at Pennsylvania Ave who has fought hard for wage equality.
Not sure how much a professional female athlete makes, but I'm sure it is not the same as their male counterparts in the big four leagues.
At least these teams can hire women in front office, but even those numbers are down in MLB.
