stupid time

Waiting for the work week to end at midnight, it occurred to me that midnight is not the start of a new day, but rather 12:01 is. Do New Year countdown clocks end at midnight? I have not see the ball drop since I was a kid, so I have no idea. The concept of time is screwy.

time stamp reflects time of mindframe.

It's come to my attention that I time stamp with west coast time zone designation, three hours behind my physical location's time zone. I'm up until 4am most nights so my days aren't like most, thus confusing when I talk morning and night stuff. I mowed at 9am but it appeared like 6am. 9am is like 6am to me, physically, thus leaving time zone indication as is seem valid. Confusing to real time or observant types, but boring to the indifferent. I can even backdate stuff, if I'm feeling more meh than normal. That last line is for you, observant reader. Rather than repeat stuff too redundantly, I'll bury things backward for archival purposes.
I need to shower, so until 6am...

time slow down

Not sure why, but I must be using my time more efficiently tonight for I feel like it should be later. I only mention this mirage for I've noticed it taking me forever to accomplish certain tasks in the previous few days. Not saying I'm turning Billy Pilgrim or anything, more aware of the passage of time.

Oddly, I awoke at 1:30 and could have sworn it was no later than 11. I blame sleeping in a bed for my unconscious lapse of  good awake time judgment.

Wait a moment, I think I lost sometime somewhere between the last few sentences...
