reflecting upon last 2 years

I'm essentially a person with a job without any need to think. Hours are ok for childcare prevention, but active function of mind and body is limited.
Meh. Could be much worse. I'm lucky to have a job no one wants that isn't hateful to me. Would rather not work and be rested and better getting stuff done around the house.

sometimes the USPS does its job well

My folks were married a while ago on this date that lands on or around MLK weekend. When it lands on Saturday, I have to be diligent about sending out their card or they'll get it quite late. Well, I bought their card on Thursday thinking I'd be very lucky to get it to them via USPS  by their anniversary, but that didn't stop me from dropping their card off in the mail as though the forever stamp were a magical two day delivery guarantee. 

Long story short, I got credit and no ones knows to cast a poor light upon the gesture.
