Fitbit says I need to burn 1,000 more calories a day than I consume to meet my goal weight by the last weigh-in. Of course, I consumed more than normal given we ate at Logan's today for Father's Day. The cinnamon apples have more calories than the 6 oz steak. Baked potato and buttered rolls add up as well. Without peanuts, my intake was roughly 1,550 calories for dinner. My breakfast donuts and my lunch burrito were good and caloric as well. At least I only drank coffee and water today, so I probably won't gain weight.
Ate donuts again when I got home from work so my Monday is going to be iffy as well... it seems.
I'm blessed with wonderful children.
