Why I will probably shop at Best Buy more often

Actually live real close to Best buy, but never shopped there since HH Gregg, Lowe's, and Target were where I went, for things normally. When I was looking to replace our washing machine.
I looked at Lowe's, HH Gregg, Home Depot, then Best Buy since it was on my way home and had nothing better to do.
  • Lowe's didn't have anyone seem interested in selling me anything and getting info was like pulling teeth.
  • HH Gregg wanted to know my price range before hand and was assertive liked but not assertive enough to get me to look at options. She showed me two machines. I liked the first (Samsung), but I felt unsure what else they had to offer and felt the need to leave quickly.
  • Home Depot had the same Samsung washer as HH Gregg for $50 more. Again, much like Lowe's, no one was around to help.
  • Best Buy actually had people looking at washers and dryers, so the salesperson was busy. I wanted to look at front loaders but that was where they were but they weren't little people, so I went around looking at what else they had. I found the Samsung machine that HH Gregg tried to force upon me for the same price as HH Gregg and a store person did stop by to tell me they had a free delivery and removal.
All things considered, Best Buy was the best experience, and they have a wonderful site to do comparison shopping. The machine we bought was a Consumer Reports pick for top loader.

Never thought of washing machines being that big of a deal, but we've had our Samsung WA422 a week and I must say, I love it!
