I've been having scripts filled by Target a long time. I used to work there and get a discount EVEN on the co-pay. I haven't worked there in years, but they have had a pharmacist there I like from my days, so I've stayed.
Not sure why neither that druggist or the manager was there last Wednesday, but the person that minded the counter has ruined my confidence in Target Rx.
I have never thought a pharmacist to be inept, but this person was obviously not right in her professional mind for she was rude and flaky beyond my tolerance for jerks.
She made up a store policy saying she couldn't fill my script because it cost over $30.
When I asked why it had been filled before she told me to call a 1-800 number.
Feeling insulted from her lack of elegant communication, I left without getting the portion of the script she felt I could afford.
Seriously, if you can't fill my script as called in, then why waste my time?
