550lb Former Convicted Murder Wanted in Shootings of Two Dayton 13 Year Old Girls

I was listening to the radio this afternoon and the news break mentioned a homicide in Dayton. Two teenage girls were shot. One dead and the other is in critical condition. The police were looking for Dameon Wesley, who was described as being 6'3" and 550lbs.

I seriously thought I heard the radio wrong, or the news reader was wrong, so I went to the Dayton Daily News site and sure enough, the dude is HUGE.

The whole article was a head scratcher beyond the fact the police were having a hard time locating the guy. Here are a hand full of things that bother me the most(aside from 6 murders in six days in Dayton and the half-sib of the dead girl was murdered a couple months ago):

1. The guy was paroled in September. He serviced 18 years of a 15 years to life sentence for MURDERING HIS ROOMMATE BY SHOOTING HIM TWICE IN THE HEAD WHILE HAVING HIM IN A HEADLOCK. 
2. Ever see Pulp Fiction? This roommate's name was Marvin, too. Just think of the blood and brains splattered about in PF, and this Marvin was in a headlock.
3. The dude was 19 when he killed his roommate. What was he doing with a handgun then? As a convicted murderer, what was he doing with a gun now?
4. Who would date a 550lb ex-con?
5. Dude weighed 550lbs after being in prison for 18 years. DDN had a story a few weeks back that suggested that the prisoners were being starved to save money.

Just read any article about this incident and you find yourself further bothered by the circumstances which allowed for these girls to be shot.
