Regina Brett was being cute, I guess, but there's some truth to her saying regarding chocolate.

I have to disagree with her  because I know a certain nine year old boy that won't eat chocolate. K was severely allergic to milk proteins until he was four, so we never let him have a number of things until we knew it was safe. To this day, he's never desired chocolate or ice cream.
