Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.

Not sure I get the point of crying alone. Babies cry to get attention for its their means of communicating their discomfort, but those cries are usually screams until a point of tears being developed.

A person I know always tweets about bawling to "Private Practice" or "Glee" or "Animal Planet," but she lives alone, which draws one to the conclusion that she must be the most pathetic creature on earth. In reality, she's vile. Her understanding of the world must be contrived from melodramas for she is a stereotype without free will to be anything worthy of true affection. Being a truly ugly person, she loathes everyone yet envies their happiness. One may wonder why such a person does not swallow razor blades or at least try to change her information filters, but this one concludes she's a masochist.

Crying isn't a manly thing to do, but if done in the proper company can be very much better than being suppressed.
