Evidently, baseball players don't make enough money
Saw this article on ESPN, and I had to laugh that it suggested corporate CEOs are over paid compared to MLB players because shareholders don't get to sign the CEO's contract unlike the MLB player who has his contract signed by his team's owner. Evidently, a billionaire's hobby of owning a baseball team which inflates his ego regardless of its profitability is comparable to a company that actually makes stuff that people use. Owners don't get approved by the taxpayer that funds their team's stadium, so using Marvin Miller's logic... Nevermind, I can't follow his logic without feeling sick.
