another dumb reason to be pulled over

I dodged a mound of ice that was pushed in the road and went around a car going half the speed limit without using turn signal before doing so. A drunk wouldn't have done either, yet I get pulled over by a cop just because I work late and they want to know where I am coming from and where I am going.
