PayPal Sucks

I chatted with PayPal the other day. They still had my closed credit union account listed though I had removed it.

I was still annoyed about my my visa not being charged. It was set as preferred payment but PayPal said that they cannot guarantee their services won't be declined so they suggested that a balance should be left with them to cover all charges or an actual bank account will be charged. I had two bank accounts linked. They chose the one that was used to transfer money into and not out thus caused 4 overdrafts when a Target purchase was altered and PayPal was charged for 4 separately shipped items.

PayPal crossed a line and I hope to refrain from ever using them in the future.
